Make the Caesar mix by combining Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, sriracha, steak spice mix and soy sauce in a mixing bowl and stirring until combined.
Run a lime wedge around the top of a tall glass, then turn it upside down onto a plate with a layer or Tajin spice to allow the spice to coat half or all of the glass rim.
Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the vodka, 1/2 oz / 30ml Caesar mix, and Tabasco sauce and a squeeze of lime from the lime wedge used previously.
Top with Clamato juice and a sprinkle of black pepper. Stir, garnish and serve.
Keep the leftover Caesar mix in the fridge and use within a month.
