Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup / 300ml water
  • 2/3 cup / 135g granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp This is an affiliate link.pumpkin purée canned or homemade
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp This is an affiliate link.nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan mix all ingredients with a whisk. Bring to a simmer over low heat, it should take 5-7 minutes.
  • Take off the heat strain and bottle the syrup. Cool and refrigerate.

Notes

Add 1-2 tsp of the Pumpkin Spice Syrup in your cafe latte, depending on your preferred level of sweetness. The recipe makes 1 1/4 cup/300ml.
