Ingredients
250ml/1 cup
freshly squeezed blood orange juice
approx. 4 medium oranges

cup
pineapple
diced, approx. 1/2 of medium pineapple
400ml/1 1/2 cup

coconut milk
creamy part only

granulated sugar

Instructions
The night before juice blood oranges and freeze the juice in ice cube trays until solid.
Peel and core a pineapple, dice a half of it and process in a food processor.
Add the sugar, the creamy part of the coconut milk (discard the water), frozen in ice cubes blood orange juice and ice. Blend until you have a slushy.
Serve garnished with pineapple slices and shredded or shaved coconut.

Add some white rum if desiredÂ
